Twincling Saturday Meets (TSM) in a new format

A new TSM format has been introduced to make the event more valuable for the attendees and address community priorities.

The 180 min that we spent on Saturday, will now have:

   70 min : Technology Talk

   30 min : Dev Video / Experience sharing

   80 min : Project Engineering discussions
